Yoga has long been practised with therapeutic intentions as a way of transforming both the body and the mind. It is widely known that practising Yoga can enhance your physical, as well as emotional well-being. However, did you know that Yoga can also be practised with a therapeutic intention? When Yoga is practised with such an intention, it is in the form of Yoga Therapy. Yoga therapy not only helps to prevent physical and mental ailments, it also aids the recovery of such ailments.

Safe distancing to be observed at all times during class. Online classes are offered in addition to onsite classes. 

4. STAY AT HOME IF YOU EXHIBIT FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS

Please be responsible and take the necessary precautions for the well-being of all.

5. CANCELLATION WINDOW – 2 HOURS BEFORE

Due to reduced class sizes, the cancellation window is now 2 hours before.
