Private Yoga Therapy sessions are designed to help you with pain reduction, tension release and relaxation. Private Yoga Therapy is often the most suitable way to begin a yoga practice for those living with health issues and discomfort. Our program provides a safe and intelligent movement programme which complements other rehabilitative therapies.

Private Yoga Therapy can be complementary to modern medicine as it is non-invasive and yet has proven very effective as it can address the psychosomatic root causes of many disorders. You will receive a customised home practice program for each session to address your specific needs and health concerns, which may include the following:

Rates of private yoga therapy instructor will vary according to the duration of the private yoga therapy class and further specific requirements. Do write to us for further inquiries.

Corona Advisory

1. MASK ON AT ALL TIMES, EXCEPT DURING CLASS

 Mask to be worn at all times, except during class. 

2. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA TOWEL

For hygiene reasons, please bring your own yoga towel to line the mat in class. You may rent for $1 from the studio.

3. REDUCED CLASS SIZE

Safe distancing to be observed at all times during class. Online classes are offered in addition to onsite classes. 

4. STAY AT HOME IF YOU EXHIBIT FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS

Please be responsible and take the necessary precautions for the well-being of all.

5. CANCELLATION WINDOW – 2 HOURS BEFORE

Due to reduced class sizes, the cancellation window is now 2 hours before.
