Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga uses the hammock to perform yoga postures. The hammock is soft and stretchable. It is made out of special, high-density nylon material that can support over 2,000 pounds which about the weight of a baby elephant, so it’s very safe. In the class, we will follow professional safety instructions on how to use the hammock. You will learn how to manoeuvre poses in the hammock safely with precise instructions on getting into, standing on, holding the fabric, going upside down, using the core and finding your balance. Do expect stretches and lots of muscle strengthening. Aerial yoga offers benefits similar to a regular yoga practice, but done with the support of the hammock and includes anti-gravity poses for less compression of the spine, all with the element of fun.
Ashtanga Led
Ashtanga Led is taught in system by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This method of yoga involves synchronising the breath with a set sequence of postures, which produces intense internal heat, and is effective in purifying the muscles and organs. After attending this yoga class, you will experience improved circulation, a light and strong body as well as a calm mind.
Flexi Yoga
Flexi Yoga class combine the use of Thera-Band® resistance bands and yoga postures for the best of both worlds. Resistance band exercises are therapeutic and strengthening, while the yoga postures are relaxing and calming. Bring your own resistance band or purchase one from the studio at a nominal price.
Gentle Yoga
A great class for beginners and everyone interested in exploring a gentle yoga practice. This class includes basic breathing exercises, as well as a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated, and lying on the floor).
Guided Yoga Meditation
Train your mind to enter a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace. Meditation helps to instil focus and detoxify the mind of negative feelings and emotions, creating a sense of harmony, peace and vibrancy. This class may include a Yoga Nidra session, preparing and relaxing the body for a deeper meditation session. All are welcome to join us for a quick rejuvenation session. Our guided meditation sessions are by donation.
Hatha Core Yoga
Hatha Core yoga class place emphasis on building a stronger core that helps to strengthen the lower back and abdominal region. A stronger core helps to correct a bad posture and rectify related spinal disorders.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Hatha Flow is a series of interconnected Hatha Postures threaded into a flow sequence. The practice builds heat and strength and works the whole body.

Postures of Hatha yoga is designed in a way to open many channels of the body like spine, which helps in free flow of energy. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Classes may include usage of props such as blocks or belts to assist a posture or maximize a stretch.
Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is a great way to burn and lose fat. Enjoy Hatha Yoga in a room heated by Therapeutic Infrared Panels that go up to 37⁰C. Infrared Rays have the same benefits as the morning sun, without the burn. They penetrate the fat layer of the body to alkalinise & breakdown toxicity. Inversion Yoga Flow
For many, the thought of inversions can trigger a fear response. It is not surprising as going upside down does not come naturally. Inversions offer both physical and psychological benefits. Inversions stimulates the nervous system, help with circulation and lymph flow as going against gravity helps venous return. Inversions strengthens the arms, back, legs and core abdominal muscles. Inversions also help you view the world from a different perspective, literally and metaphorically. It can teach us to get out of our habits.
Pilates
Pilates improves the body’s alignment, flexibility, posture, balance and endurance by building strong core muscles in the abdomen and lower back which plays a role in supporting the spine. It improves concentration and enhances movement and mobility. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise and is suitable for everyone.
Power Yoga
Power yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa style yoga. Power Yoga style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method. The term came into common usage in the mid 1990s, in an attempt to make Ashtanga yoga more accessible to western students. Unlike Ashtanga, however, power yoga does not follow a set series of poses, so classes can vary widely.
Prenatal Yoga

Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations
Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations, are perhaps one of the most renowned practices in yoga. Our Surya Namaskar classes are an effective way to loosen up, stretch, massage and tone all joints, muscle and internal organs of the body. Its versatility and application make it one of the most useful methods of encouraging a healthy, vigorous and active life while, at the same time, preparing the body for spiritual awakening and the resulting expansion of awareness.Surya Namaskar has a direct vitalising effect on the solar energy of the body and regular practice regulates the Pingala Nadi (active and extrovert subtle channel of the body). Surya Namaskar practices are best done at sunrise.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga classes emphasise on a continuous flow of movement using sun salutations as well as dynamic breathing and long posture holds. This practice builds strength, tones and detoxifies. It moves at a quick pace and is a fun and creative practice, requiring focus and dedication.
Yoga Mala Class
This class is complete with Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breath-work) & Dharana (Concentration) practices. Yoga Mala class is holistic and is designed to reset and rejuvenate. It combines a blend of modern practice with traditional techniques that aim to address the demands of modern life, guiding the practitioner to find strength and flexibility through postures which then prepares the body for stillness and relaxation after.
Yoga Foundation
This beginners’ class is open to everyone. We will introduce you to the basics of healthy body posture and how to move and activate muscle groups consciously so as to support and strengthen your whole body. These classes will focus on the basic restorative, standing, forward and back bends and twists. Each class will bring healthy energy flow back into the body to help develop, maintain and encourage a healthy lifestyle and state of mind.
Yoga Stretch
Suitable for all levels. This class aims to increase flexibility and range of motion in the muscles and joints. Stretching increases blood flow to the muscles, reduces stiffness and prevents injuries. This class helps to reverse the effects of sitting all day long in the office and release tension accumulated throughout the day.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy classes adapt and apply Yoga techniques and practices to help those who face health challenges at any level to manage their condition, reduce symptoms, restore balance, increase vitality and improve attitude. It focuses on the path of Yoga as a healing journey that brings balance to the body and mind. This style of yoga is also suitable for beginners.
Yin Yang Yoga
Cultivate balance and strength by blending both Yin and Yang yoga aspects in one class. Each class includes both dynamic sequences working on a muscular level for building strength and fitness and slower quieter practices working deeper on the joints and connective tissue and calming the nervous system.
