Fitness and health has quickly gained a different connotation in the modern world. With a variety of activities and benefits catering to an even wider range of ages and prefessions, the wide spread acknowledgement that fitness and health is not only skin deep has spread exponentially.

Whether you are a beginner or a professional, no one can deny the benefits that health and fitness can offer to everyone; regardless of age, size or profession. Instant gratification, as well as long-lasting transformations, are some of the benefits that can be seen in a yoga practice. We encourage our guests to consider joining us in our volunteer programs. Corona Advisory

1. MASK ON AT ALL TIMES, EXCEPT DURING CLASS

 Mask to be worn at all times, except during class. 

2. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA TOWEL

For hygiene reasons, please bring your own yoga towel to line the mat in class. You may rent for $1 from the studio.

3. REDUCED CLASS SIZE

Safe distancing to be observed at all times during class. Online classes are offered in addition to onsite classes. 

4. STAY AT HOME IF YOU EXHIBIT FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS

Please be responsible and take the necessary precautions for the well-being of all.

5. CANCELLATION WINDOW – 2 HOURS BEFORE

Due to reduced class sizes, the cancellation window is now 2 hours before.
