Learn key factors in helping you to decipher the information on teacher training. We will discuss the primary difference between types of programs and what might better serve you. This free talk will be held at Yoga Mala, by Rajesh Raushan, ERYT 500 principle yoga instructor and director of Yoga Mala’s Yoga Teacher Training. Rajesh will be running his 16th training program with Yoga Mala Yoga Teacher Training, a 200 and 300-hour training school registered through Yoga Alliance.

Class 1: 10:15am Hatha Yoga (1 hour) by Lead teacher Raj
Class 2: 11:30am Yoga Mala Intermediate Class (75 minutes) by Mien

3. By Car: Nearest carpark at OCBC or UOB Building
* Do note that this is F1 weekend, so please avoid Nicol Highway and South Bridge Road may get congested.
