Rajesh was born and educated in New Delhi, India. He obtained D.Y.Ed. (Diploma in Yoga Education) from renowned school of Yoga G.S.College of Yoga & Cultural Synthesis, Kaivalyadhama, Lonavla, Pune (Maharastra), India. Since then he has been a student of Yoga for 20 years and is still constantly expanding his interest in related studies like Naturopath, Acupressure and Reiki. Rajesh also accredited ERYT 500, RPYT with the Yoga Alliance, USA. He has achieved 19 years of experience in teaching Yoga and Yoga Therapy in India and Internationally. He combines his depth of understanding in anatomy and movement with the richness of yogic knowledge to make yoga accessible for the modern day practitioners. He believes that a sound understanding of yoga is urgently required in today’s commercial yoga setting and enjoys teaching to smaller groups of Teacher Trainees to ensure all trainees develop a good understanding of yoga before going off to teach in studios, at home and in the workplace.
